Drinking All the Chianti in Florence

The sunset in Florence from up on Piazza Michelangelo was one of the most memorable parts of my trip, but so was all the chianti wine that is grown in the Tuscany region of Italy.

Here are a few pictures of the sunset, but like most things, it doesn’t even come close to capturing how beautiful it actually looked.

I celebrated my birthday in Florence with a few of my friends I met here. We had some delicious chianti red wine from the vineyards of Tuscany. The best thing is how cheap this delicious wine is. It was only 10 euros for all 3 of these bottles. Happy birthday to me!

And some more pics from around the city.

This was a cool set of doors made of gold across from the Cathedral.

Finally, one last sunset (and more chianti!) the night before I left for Siena. These were my friends Katie and Hey-Yue.
