Impressions From The 2012 Detroit Auto Show

Going to the Detroit Auto Show has been a tradition for me ever since I was a kid. I’m really into cars, so I always make it a priority to go and see all the new models and concepts. Outside of a few cool concepts, I wasn’t really impressed by much at the auto show this year. It didn’t seem like there was much that was really NEW. For the most part, all that I saw were slight redesigns of current models. Here are a few pics of some of the models that I did really like.

Falcon F7: I think this was my favorite car of the show. When attending auto shows, I’m not really looking at cars that I might possibly buy. I’m looking out for the super cars, and this was one of the coolest I’ve seen in a while. This thing has a 620-HP mid-engine V8 and was just plain mean looking!

Acura NSX: This was one of the main things I was looking forward to seeing at the show this year. Acura is bringing back their infamous NSX as a 2013 model and if it looks anywhere close to the concept at the auto show, I can’t wait to see it!

Lexus LF-LC: There weren’t too many details about this car other than it’s a new hybrid supercar concept from Lexus.

Chevy Concept: This was a really cool concept from Chevy, but probably something that will never come close to production. It reminded me of the Bat Mobile!

These were my favorite concepts from this year’s Detroit Auto Show. Anyone else attend? What were your favorites?
